Multi Millet Noodles
STEP 1: Fill a medium saucepan with 4-5 cups water and bring to a boil.
STEP 2: Add the noodles to the boiling water, stir occasionally. Cook. for 5-7 mins until al dente or has a firm bite.
STEP 3: Drain the hot water and rinse the noodles in cold water to stop the cooking process. Drizzle 1/4 tsp of cold pressed oil to prevent sticking and make your favourite Millet Noodles.
Step 4: Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add your desired choice of chopped vegetables and saute.
Step 5: Add boiled noodles and spice mix (optional) provided in the packet. Cover the pan and cook untill done.
Step6 (Optional): Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and give it a stir. Your noodles are ready. Enjoy!
